Return Policy:

At SWOON Boutique, my ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your item(s)!

Sometimes things just don’t work out...I get it.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, I will do everything I can to try and make it better!

Please look over and try your item on as soon as possible. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service at shoptheswoonboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact customer service at shoptheswoonbputique@gmail.com as soon as possible so that I can get that fixed for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

1. Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. I cannot issue refunds.

2. Items can be exchanged for a different size if available.

3. All returns must be received within 14 business days of the date that I ship out your order.

4. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

5. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn and WITH the tag attached.

7. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

8. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
